Prometheus SPV forms and administers single-purpose vehicles that let accredited investors participate together in a private placement they would otherwise access individually. Each vehicle is formed for one offering and dissolved when that investment concludes. We are not a broker-dealer and do not provide investment advice.

Investing through a single-purpose vehicle adds a layer between you and the portfolio company. Vehicle interests are illiquid, transfer is restricted, and the vehicle may charge organizational and administrative expenses. Read the operating agreement carefully.
